Where you are is not where you stay

rediscover purpose. Reclaim your direction.

Why waypoint?

Life is not about reaching a single summit. Every peak we climb offers a new horizon, a new challenge, and a new opportunity to grow. At Waypoint Wellness Counseling, this is more than a saying—it’s a worldview.

In counseling, just as in life, we are always arriving at new waypoints—those pauses along the path where we check in with where we’ve been, reflect on who we are, and decide where we’re going next. A waypoint isn’t a final destination. It’s a moment of intentional awareness.

Here, we honor the belief that healing is not linear, and that emotional pain doesn’t need to be fixed or avoided—it needs to be held with compassion and moved through with purpose. Using an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach, we focus on helping you turn toward what matters most, even when it’s hard.

This space is for the wild-hearted, the weary, the ones still climbing. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. You just need a willingness to pause, breathe, and take the next step.

At Waypoint Wellness Counseling, you're invited to show up as you are. I'll walk beside you, helping you reconnect with your values, build resilience, and navigate life’s ever-changing terrain—with grace, grit, and intention.

Use this form to ask questions, learn more, or see if we’re a good fit to work together. If you’re ready to take the next step, use the “Schedule Now” button below or at the top of the page to book your free 30-minute consultation.
